Project Management with Luto Research

Our Get Set Progress interns had an inspiring Skill Share session with Emma, Rachel, and Gill from Luto Research, a healthcare communications company.

Led by Emma, the session demystified project management, giving our interns valuable insights into Luto’s project management processes, key tasks, and the essential transferable skills that make a great project manager.

Emma highlighted how everyday life is full of mini-projects, whether planning a trip, managing household tasks, or coordinating events, each requiring skills like communication, organisation, and problem-solving.

Through interactive discussions, our interns explored the 5 key skills required in project management, such as the power of communication, focusing on key elements like empathy, listening, and honesty.

A huge thank you to the team at Luto Research for an engaging and informative session!
