Through Our Eyes is one of a kind. A podcast created by blind and partially sighted students for blind and partially sighted students. What started as a spark of an idea has grown into a platform for bringing lived experiences to the forefront and having honest conversations about navigating education, independence and everything in between.
Through Our Eyes provides advice, support and guidance from those who know best. By sharing our journeys, we aim to empower others and remind you that you are not alone. Whether you are preparing for uni or are already there, Through Our Eyes is here to be your trusted companion. We’ve been there, done it, and we know you can do it too. In the final episode of our DSA series, we take a deeper dive into the different areas of Disabled Students’ Allowance and the support available. Zehra, Faith, Khadija and Bilaal share their experiences, what they’ve found useful and their advice for other students going through the process.
