Get Set Progress – Connecting inclusive employers with visually impaired talent

Get Set Progress is our pioneering programme providing paid internships exclusively for blind and partially sighted individuals. Our Programme, delivered in partnership with RNIB, works with inclusive organisations to support blind and partially sighted people to gain valuable work experience, skills, and confidence to achieve their full potential.

Are you seeking to kickstart your career or return to work after a break?

Are you an employer seeking to diversify your workforce with fresh talent?
