Joshua Feehan – Head of Internships

I am Josh, and I head up the Internship Programme here at Thomas Pocklington Trust (TPT). I love the work we do, witnessing the significant impact the programme has on the Interns is a real privilege. I focus on growing and improving the programme to ensure its continued success.
By working closely with employer partners and talented visually impaired candidates, we have been able to advance the programme year on year and hope to continue this trend.
Outside of work, I enjoy watching my sons play football, going to the gym and a good pint of Guinness.

Charlie Rashbrook – Internship Coordinator

I am Charlie, one of the Internship Coordinators here at Thomas Pocklington Trust. I have been working at TPT for over two years now, starting as an intern on the Get Set Progress (GSP) internship programme myself.
My experiences on the GSP provided me with the skills and confidence to secure a role supporting this fantastic internship programme, and it is a pleasure witnessing its continued development. I have a strong passion for improving the employment landscape for visually impaired people and making positive change in businesses, government, and society through my work.
Some fun facts about me: I am a half-decent skier; I DJ and cycle down mountains when I get the chance.

Gareth Dawson – Internship Coordinator

I am Gareth I have been part of TPT for two years, beginning my journey through its internship programme. That experience gave me a first-hand understanding of the programme’s impact and inspired my ongoing commitment to supporting its growth, so that even more people can benefit from the opportunities it creates. I am passionate about creating inclusive pathways and believe everyone should have equal access to meaningful life experiences, including employment.
Outside of work, I enjoy travelling and exploring new cultures, embracing every opportunity to experience what the world has to offer
