Season’s Greeting from Thomas Pocklington Trust

2023 marked a significant year for Thomas Pocklington Trust, which included an expansion of its Get Set Progress internship programme – in partnership with RNIB – as well as growing our support to blind and partially sighted students, employees and employers. The impact of first hand experience of sight loss to bring about real change was extended across 20 locations by our Sight Loss Council members, with particular success in gaining better access to transport, the health system and day-to-day navigation of our built environment .

There is still much to do and in  2024, we will continue our work to level the playing field for blind and partially sighted people.

Thank you very much to all who have volunteered with us, supported us, partnered with us or campaigned with us this past year. We very much look forward to building on that collaboration in the year ahead.
