Role: Campaigns Intern
Location: London and/or Home based
Salary: Based on Real Living Wage
Contract type: Fixed Term 9 months, full time 36 hours per week

Thomas Pocklington Trust is a national charity dedicated to delivering positive change for blind and partially sighted people.
The Campaigns Intern will be a team player who will work with the Public Affairs and Campaigns Team with the Campaigns and Project Manager. This is an exciting role to support the Public Affairs and Campaigns Team in campaigning on the built environment, engaging with politicians and government and helping to extend the reach of our networks of influence.
You will need excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively as part of a team, be able to plan, prioritise and organise.

To be eligible for this Intern Programme you must have lived experience of sight loss. The programme runs for 9 months, where you will gain valuable work experience and training. You will also have access to a mentor and support to find permanent employment.
